(MEDIA DAY, PRACTICE. VIP & SPONSOR)Practice is not required by riders. Practice pulls thru the course location will be permitted with the event Tow Boats. Practice will be structured and no class or rider will get more time than others. Once your bi-directional course run is complete, your practice session is complete. There will be "meet-and-greet" opportunities, photo/video opps and more. Evening festivities in downtown MSP to be announced. This is not a mandatory attendance for riders, however check-in will be at 7:00pm Central for all riders. This will include your registration pack, insurance and directions & details.
Friday July 23rd
(WWSC CONTEST SESSIONS)This is the first day of competition. Riders will have a mandatory meeting at 7:00 a.m. Your
registration must be complete before this meeting or you cannot ride. You will be able to find
ToWanZa/Centurion staff to ensure you are complete. If you have not completed your check-in
and miss this meeting, you will not ride. No exceptions.

Location Details - Welcome to Minneapolis, MN
The largest Wakesurf Tournament in the World, the largest cash purse in the circuit back in an all new location, welcome to Minneapolis, Minnesota! Athletes all over the world anticipate the 2010 World Wakesurfing Championships as the sport’s premier and most prestigious event. In conjunction with the Minneapolis Aquatennial festivities, the World Wakesurfing Championships will take place downtown Minneapolis on the mighty Mississippi River over the course of 3 days.
Event Footprint
- Contest area- Mississippi River, 1/4 mile area adjacent and parallel to West River Rd.
- Spectator area- West River Road spectator area south of W. Broadway Ave. bridge
- Course specifications: 2000 long, 250 wide.
- Open sight line to receivers required for live event broadcast from event boats.

The cash and prizes have not yet been announced as we are signing new sponsorships
each week. Although there are no details available yet, we can assure you that it is the
